So… we’re in the blogger’s choice awards. We are running in 3 categories. Best Blog About Stuff, Best Geek Blog, and my personal favorite, Best Blog Design. If you get a chance, take a second and swing by to vote for iBAM. I’d love for Derek’s design to win something. Don’t know what the winning prize is, but it would be cool none the less.
You probably didn’t notice, but there’s a new link in the menu up there. It says “Watch” and that’s just what it is. Now that I have fought with Ustream.tv for 2 weeks (seems that’s the time I need to fight with everything before I figure it out), and finally have it working. I have linked it to my built-in iSight camera in my MacBook Pro and you can look through it’s eyeball just about anytime I remember to turn it on. Here’s a warning though, It’s not that interesting watching me stare at my screen all day doing what I do, but every once in a while, there’s something cool to look at, like maybe during the iBAM TalkCast or when I’m telling stupid stories in the office or something. Honestly, it’s there for those times and really nothing else. Stop by every once in a while and I’ll do my best to keep things interesting.

My hesitancy could just be because I’m not much of a gambler and I didn’t get on the MacHeist train when it departed so this is my first Mac bundle attempt. I’ll give it a try and let you know how it goes. Nevertheless, here’s the quick and dirty (taken from MacPack.com): [Continued]
Sometimes I really amaze myself with my noob-ities. This time I pulled a classic Wordpress blunder and it took me a whopping 24 hours to discover it. The post directly under this one titled “Get more out of your MacBook battery” was posted nearly a full day ago. I bounce off and on the laptop throughout the day and keep asking myself, “Why isn’t anyone rating or commenting on the post? Everyone has been so great with both recently, I must have really bombed on this one. I SUCK!” I refresh, reload re-??? and nothing! I slip into a small (very small) depression and start the hunt for another more interesting topic. [Continued]
