Here’s where you come in… I need ideas like mad. I think I’m gonna open up the iBAM discussion board bbPress module so you can submit ideas and we can all discuss ideas for the show. I’m willing to take this as far as you are willing to participate so let’s start here with some comments for your thoughts and ideas and we’ll grow from there. iBAM has always been about the community, so I need your 2 cents!

I’m pretty stoked about the show idea, I’ll keep you posted on my progress. We’ll see what comes out.

Tonight’s TalkCast featured a list of links sent over from Universal (Nick), a bunch of banter from me and a special guest Shaun Andrews who, if we are lucky, will be a regular on the show from now on. This show went a lot smoother than the last as I have been practicing a bit on my end and I just got a brand spankin new Sampson CO3U USB Mic. It made a world of difference! So much so, my fat beagle, Max, felt the need to chime in a couple times and give his opinion. Once again, it was a ton of fun and I look forward to the next one in 2 weeks. Set your calendars and reminders for May 30th @ 6pm (PST) – The day after my birthday, woo hoo!

We have an official schedule for the iBAM TalkCast. It’s every other Wed @ 9pm (EST). Based on the last talkcast and the callers opinion expressed afterwards,  we have settled on Wed. We’ll give it a try and see how you guys like it. This week, I will be joined by Shaun Andrews from shaunandrews.com. Shaun is a great guy with a talent for design and a welcome addiction to the Mac. We will be discussing various items of interest and opening up the conversation for discussion about all things Mac. Please join us this Wed, May 16th @ 9pm (EST).

Well… We just finished our first iBoughtAMac TalkShoe Podcast. I have to admit, it went better than expected, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I want to thank everyone who listened in and participated. I had a great time, learned a lot and will be looking forward to the next one so I can improve upon the craziness. All in all, I think it went well, but being the freak for perfection that I can be, I know I’m gonna pick it apart like mad when I listen back to it. Okay… so this kinda freaks me out, but I’m down if you guys are. What do you think about a iBAM TalkShoe podcast this Saturday?

Sometimes I think I am a freaking idiot for the things I do “out loud” but that’s the fun of social media isn’t it? Anyway, I will work to make it interesting and if you guys could add some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Bring the friends, questions, thoughts and general stuff. It’s official… I Bought a Mac Podcast is on the air (what have I done?). Right now, we’re scheduled for Saturday, May 5th @ 2pm EST. Can you join me?

Here’s a tip: It took me a month to get TalkShoe working on my Mac and the whole issue was because my HD was named “Brent’s HD” – If you are having issues with getting TalkShow to run on your Mac, start by making sure your HD doesn’t have an apostrophe in it’s name. That took me a month to figure out, maybe I can save you the trouble. (I hope so anyway)
