I looked in the sql export file I made before the upgrade and found the section I needed. (there's one that makes the table and one that defines the data in it right below the creation script). Copied the 2 sections and pasted them into the command line box in phpmyadmin. Executed the script and it did it. I had to do it for each table that wasn't in there. Sorry guys... Also, for some reason when I upgraded the DB, the 'wp_cats' and 'wp_post2cat' tables got wiped out completely. Luckily, I did have the backup of the old DB so restoring them was pretty easy once I figured out what was actually missing. Everything else seems to be working as far as I can see. Looking back, I sure wish I would have been more careful in backing up. I am kicking myself for missing the uploads folder. A total noob mistake by a non-noob! I totally knew better but in the rush to get iBAM back up, I killed that folder twice never to be seen again.
