Before logging on, right click on the featured show on Ustream&#039;s homepage.  This should give you the flash player settings.  From here, just follow Brent&#039;s steps above.  

For some reason I wasn&#039;t able to get the flash player settings from the popup window that appears when I tried to go live.</description>

		<description>Sure... Not sure how much of a help I will be, but here&#039;s what I did (honestly, it took 2 weeks to figure this out so I&#039;ll leave out all the troubleshooting steps). If this doesn&#039;t work, feel free to comment and I&#039;ll do what I can to help.

Reinstalled Flash player (latest version)
be sure to &quot;allow&quot; access to your camera
Right-click on the popup movie and select &quot;Settings&quot;
Click the little camera tab (4th one over I think)
Choose &quot;USB Video Class Video&quot;
Click close

If you don&#039;t see your mug in the window then, it could be one of a million other things. Hope that helps... Let me know
