Google Desktop for Mac

In my Windows days, I became a profound fan of Google Desktop and all the nifty little things it can do. However, as most Windows applications tend to do, it slowed down my PC like mad so I had to uninstall it. Last night, I became aware of the recent release of Google Desktop for Mac and what can I say, I’m downloading it now as I type this post. Sure enough, there’s plenty of buzz about it and TUAW has a great little review of the features and a ton of comments already building up. So rather than plastering the Internet with “yet another” post, I figured I would just announce the release in case you hadn’t heard yet and open up the discussion (via comments) as we all re-discover the app together. Your Thoughts… Bring ‘em on!
