TextMate — The Missing Editor for Mac OS X

TextMate is a powerful text editor for Mac OS X. It supports text, HTML, XML, Ruby, Blogging and just about every other type of code or markup you can think of. With a host of packages and add-on packs, this tool seems to be the end all solution for editing on the Mac. I have tried a couple other applications, but TextMate has proven to be the most useful and intuitive for me. If you work in text, rtf, html, css, or other markup projects, TextMate gets my recommendation. As always, I don’t claim to be any sort of expert on the subject so if you know of or use a different tool, please share your experience.
