1Passwd – Form Filler & Rememberer

The closest thing I could find to RoboForm for the PC is an app called 1Passwd. It was very cool how it took all my passwords from Roboform and imported them right in. It has taken a little bit to get used to, but all in all, it has a very useful program. Now, Roboform was really slick in the way it asked how I wanted to file things it remembered, but for the most part 1Passwd does everything I need it to. I would like to know if there is something else out there that has proven easier to use. Any suggestions?

Safari users get the most out of this app thanks to the convenient CMD + \ keyboard shortcut for filling login forms (assuming you’ve added them to the database).

Several people have asked us to add the ability to have 1Passwd popup a window during AutoSave so they can name the form appropriately. We will be adding this feature, and we could likely add the ability to pick which category to save the web form into as well.

Welcome to the site. It’s great to see you here! Categories sounds like another great idea! Hadn’t thought of that. That would be great for those of us (like me) who have client passwords saved in my bucket as well as my own. It sounds like you are definitely on top of things. Can’t wait for the next version, please keep us all posted.
